What is SwapADay?
SwapADay is a platform where you can virtually shadow real professionals in their day-to-day work. Instead of reading about a career, you step into a live, structured session with someone who does it every day.

Most sessions run 60 minutes, though hosts can offer shorter or longer formats. Every session follows a guided agenda to make the most of the time.
You can explore host profiles and experiences without an account. You'll need to sign in (via Google or email) to book a session or access the virtual room.
SwapADay is currently free for both hosts and swappers during our early access period. We'll communicate any changes well in advance.

Only with mutual consent. During the pre-session check-in, both participants choose whether to allow transcript capture. Either person can decline, and you can pause recording at any time during the session.
You can cancel a booking from your dashboard. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice out of respect for the other participant's time.
A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge), a webcam, and a microphone. No downloads or plugins required — everything runs in the browser.
