We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, profile details, professional background, and session preferences. We also collect usage data including pages visited, session participation, and device information.
We use your information to operate the platform, match you with relevant hosts and swappers, facilitate video sessions, send booking confirmations and reminders, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from those services. We use this only to create and populate your SwapADay profile. We do not access your contacts, calendar, or other account data.
Video sessions are conducted via LiveKit and are end-to-end encrypted. Session transcripts are stored only when both participants consent. You can request deletion of your transcript data at any time.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
You can access, update, or delete your personal information through your profile settings. You may request a complete export of your data or account deletion by contacting us. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
