By accessing or using SwapADay (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwapADay is a platform that connects professionals for structured virtual job-shadowing sessions. We facilitate the scheduling, video connection, and guided agenda for these exchanges. We do not employ hosts or guarantee specific outcomes from any session.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service respectfully and professionally. You will not share confidential information disclosed during sessions without the other participant’s explicit consent. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on the platform are owned by SwapADay, Inc. User-generated content (profiles, reflections) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

6. Session Recordings and Transcripts

Sessions may be recorded or transcribed only with mutual consent of all participants. Consent is collected during the pre-session check-in. Either participant may decline or withdraw consent at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

SwapADay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any career decisions, professional outcomes, or interpersonal issues arising from sessions conducted through the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
