Our approach
SwapADay connects curious professionals with experienced hosts for structured virtual sessions. Instead of hearing about a job, you watch it happen. You see the real meetings, the real decisions, and the real trade-offs — guided by someone who lives that work every day.
Every session follows a thoughtful agenda designed to make the most of both participants’ time. Hosts share openly. Swappers ask freely. And both walk away with something valuable.

Who we are
SwapADay is a small, independent team building something we wished existed when we were making our own career decisions. We’re based in the US and operate fully remotely.
